A great I18N star has fallen, Mr. Hideki Hiura dead in the U.S.

　Mr. Hideki Hiura, who was long-known as an I18N (Interntaionalization) architect at Sun Microsystems Inc., has died on April 7th in the U.S. because of cancer. He has made an enormous contribution to the progress and the promotion of I18N technologies. We don't forget his profound knowledge of computer technologies, outstanding technical skills, passion and smile. Kokusaika JP honestly respects his achievements and contributions to the computer industry.
